More on Membership

Membership allows me to protect our home and products as well as make sure if there is a shortage of product on traditional store shelves, that outside folks won't rush in and order from us, leaving members without their regular orders.  Like when eggs were short a while back in grocery stores?  We were able to maintain inventory.   It also lets me only open access when I know a farm can sustain growth. 

Membership is LIMITED.  I can only add a handful of families a month.  If no "memberships" are in stock to purchase, completing the sign up portion will put you on the waiting list.

 

Our exact address and contact info is given on our member pages. We are just north of the Baylor McKinney Hospital and we have host options in Downtown Frisco, Southlake, Plano, Lucas, Carrollton, etc. Our Midlothian host is private but you may inquire to see if we have friends in common. Approval may take up to 2 months depending on farm supply, but is normally shorter than a few weeks.  In such case you will be refunded for the months you could not access the website.  This is to ensure our farms grow slowly and I can make sure longstanding members have their regular orders. Some have been here 12 years!  If you have any questions, we can be reached at sweetdixiesfarm@gmail.com.  Please read the item description on the membership for more info on products.  Be sure to list the name of the person who referred you to us on the "sign up" questionnaire. Do not simply put "Facebook".  If an item says LIMITED on the ribbon banner, you MAY NOT order it if you are new within the last 6 months.  Membership is pro-rated and we start over every January.  Membership funds go towards base operating costs like electricity, gravel, & equipment.

1) Create an account by clicking the Sign Up button below.

2) Purchase the Annual Membership. (click image) Must be paid by credit card/paypal.  Do not select cash/check/venmo as your payment option on this item.

3) Text us at 214-733-7520 so we are sure to see your request.  You will receive a welcome email once you are approved (usually within 1 week), and an invite to our members app.

4) Read over the Tips and Tidbits page once you're in. Watch the pickup video.  Then you're all set to order.

Orders Open: Friday - Sunday 10pm. (If it is visible you can order it.)

Pickup Window:

Thursday 10am - 9pm 

Friday: daylight to 9pm

Saturday: daylight to 5pm

Payment are due at time of pickup. A group member checks all payments starting as early as Saturday at 5pm.  Should she send you a request for payment, a $5 request fee is added which goes directly to her for her time checking payments.  If paying by Venmo or Zelle, please pay in full at the time of order and include your order number on your payment.  This is very helpful and appreciated!
