100% organic. Local honey, cold poured and bottled. We never heat your honey and that means it is still truly raw and truly full of its nutritional and health benefits. Heating it to 180 plus to hot bottle leaves you with dead honey. Because of the method we use, it is not shelf stable and needs to be kept refrigerated when you get it home. Rich in flavor and never watered down.
